I very rarely, if ever, write about Bethenny Frankel on this site. Why? I tend to find it hard to slobber all over a Reality Star. Hell, I don't slobber all over what I call REAL stars/celebrities. I don't find people who act, or play a sport and lastly, those that cash in on 'their personality', well, to be GREAT. I define GREAT differently and I certainly do not measure it by someone's bank account. God, I know some very wealthy people who are far from great LOL. I am sure many of you will agree with that statement!!!
And, it seems that the American people aren't in love with many of the CORPORATE, wealthy people, as we speak right now, you know the type, the ones employing Americans, but yet, Reality Television lovers are in awe of Bethenny Frankel, whom is still BRANDING and not running a company?? Now, think about that one, for just one moment??
Anyway,Back to Reality Television. Listen, Bethenny took her opportunites and ran with them. I have always said more power to her, she was smart, she cashed in and she continues to build her brand but I have always stated that the weird obsession for her is well, WEIRD.
Fans, attack anyone who dares to judge her.
Even Worse, if you say you don't like Bethenny or by golly even think of questioning anything that comes out of Miss Frankel's mouth,well, Jesus Christ the Fans will jump your shit faster than you can say, "Please forgive me, I have sinned"
Fans will say, "You are a hater and you must be paid by Jill Zarin and you are writing a hate blog and you are jealous"
Which is FUNNY because the Fans seem to love Hate Blogs.

Now, that being said, the Fans think it is TOTALLY inappropriate to write your dislike about Bethenny and it is even more wrong to write a "HATE blog" as they put it about Miss Frankel!
So, my thinking is then shouldn't it be wrong to write any HATE BLOG?? I mean when the Fans go after the blogger that dares to write a nasty word about Miss Frankel they say such things as, "You are mean, you are judging, you act like you know her, you are jealous, you don't have all the facts and so on."
Well, goodness, they should feel this way about ANY HATE BLOG!! CORRECT?? Just because they don't like a reality start doesn't mean it is acceptable to write a HATE BLOG or is it? Do they know that reality star? Don't the same comments ring true? Technically you are judging someone you don't know. You don't have all the facts! One could even argue that your motive for your hate is jealousy because they are on a reality show and they are becoming famous and making money from it. No one really knows the true nature for someone's dislike of another person, right?
Yeah, you don't like it when you turn the tables do you?
My ultimate point, Bethenny Frankel is a human being. None of the fans know her personally and they can't say she is any more honest then the next reality star because as fans you don't have proof. They can FEEL IT but that doesn't mean the person who FEELS Bethenny is 'full of shit' is any more wrong or right than the fans who love her. As Fans and Non-Fans they are all FEELINGS based on how we, as Fans, perceive what we view and read. PERIOD. Oh, and it doesn't matter what that person's motives are for their feelings.
I think Fans have to remember when they are reading BLOGGERS they are reading opinions and it is up to you as the reader to remember that all bloggers bring a biases to their writings. If the bloggers are incorporating facts into the story then they are using the facts to make a point, their point and as the reader it is your obligation to remember that a writer has a biases. All writers do and Bloggers are not journalist and it is a readers obligation to know what they are reading.
Anyway, I do hope that someday many of you are not hurt if Bethenny Frankel isn't as perfect as you all feel she is? Very few human beings do well sitting on top of a pedestal.
Lastly, I have never met Jill Zarin in my life. I have never talked to Jill Zarin, or emailed with Jill Zarin, in other words I have never had any contact with Jill Zarin. So, those of you who would like to claim this is a Jill Zarin inspired post, F^$k you. I think for myself. I form and write all my own opinions on this blog, I always have and I always will.
I have always said, "I enjoy Reality Television in a guilty pleasure kind of way. It is like the old days when you never admitted to watching a soap opera. LOL. Therefore, I don't love or hate any of the housewives. I enjoy them as reality celebrities."
So do you always pay attention to the bloggers biases when reading? Do you take all this Reality Television stuff with a grain of salt or does it get you rattled at times?
