I rattled and I went off a little about some 'fans'! Guess, I pulled a Melissa Gorga and talked a little too much LOL!
Please note, I take all of this with a grain of salt and really have more fun watching the shows and the zaniness on twitter. People fascinate me!
Real Housewives of New York City Fans!
(for those of you who skip the video, although my little tirade is not in the writing part)
Many of you seem to be happy with the firings!
Cindy Barshop just couldn't hang with the ladies. I think Cindy wanted to promote her business and she just couldn't play the Real Housewives game. Cindy didn't really lose. She has a wonderful business and she was not invested in the show.
The other three ladies are a different story. Alex McCord needed The Real Housewives of New York City. Alex, is probably in the most amount of trouble. Her husband quit his job and Alex no longer has a job outside the show. Both counted on The Real Housewives of New York City. In my opinion, I think this hurt them. They had nothing to offer as far as storyline.
I know my next statement will anger many but Jill Zarin and Kelly Bensimon will be fine. Both were doing well long before The Real Housewives of New York City and both will land on their feet. Zarin Fabrics was well established without the show and Jill will be fine. Kelly seems to be protected by her ex and she will continue to be Kelly with or without The Real Housewives of New York City. Actually, Kelly has already moved on.
Now, the fans. Please indulge me a moment. To those of you who wanted these firings I am curious why you continue to tweet them, follow them and continue to wish these ladies misery? I am assuming you do not know them personally? They have not done personal grievances to you? Many of you seem to feel they are 'evil' people and you seem to base this on a reality show. I must admit this scares me. Step away from your television. Enjoy your life and take a moment to realize it is television. Listen, I enjoy talking and discussing about the women and the shows but examining Twitter accounts and following their every move is a bit much, don't you think?
Anyway, I hope Real Housewives of New York City is good next season. Ramona Singer better watch out because I guess she is left as the resident bitch. I find it funny how fans seem to have no problem with all her antics. Personally, I think Ramona crosses lines at times. LuAnn's daughter's drug usage was a line I thought she should not have gone near but then again I have issues with mothering and I am protective over children. Just like I find it funny that fans find Jill Zarin more disgusting than Tamra Barney? This baffles me? Two women fighting or adults fighting do not bother me nearly as much as poor parenting?
Anyway, Here is to hoping that the three left standing can pull it off. Ramona, LuAnn and Sonja have a lot on their shoulders and I am not sure they can pull it off? Half the time I don't even watch LuAnn's clips and Ramona well is Ramona but I do love Sonja! So, keeping my fingers crossed but, you know, it is just reality television, not like we are creating peace here LOL!
