Not sure I buy the 'poor is me, I have been used again' excuse.
I think Brad Goreski tried to exit gracefully and then Rachel felt he wasn't suppose to use any of his skills and knowledge and contacts when he left??

Oh, and On what Planet does Rachel Zoe live?? We all use our experience when we move on!
Rachel Zoe needs to grow up. When you are a business owner that is the price you pay for training and networking, it happens in every business and in every town!
Such is life!!
Anyway....
Maybe it is time for Rachel to examine the fact that she has no stepping stone for her assistants? Human beings can only be 'whipping boys' for so long?
Anyway, as usual, we only get Rachel's side, which makes sense it is RACHEL'S show LOL!
