Tamra and Lynne (OC Housewife) meet for Drinks (wink,wink)
Tamra and Lynne meet for drinks to catch up with each other, RIGHT (sarcasm). Nope, Fernanda spilled the beans about THE KISS and Lynne was asked by Bravo to meet with Tamra in order for Tamra to explain her side of the story. Lynne said, "Sure!" Tamra and Lynne meet and they do the obligatory niceties. Lynne informs Tamra that Frank is great and busily working for Lynne! I am glad that Lynne and Frank are making their marriage work. It seems in the hard times Lynne is finding a way to make money along with the support of her husband. I think it is sad that Bravo chose not show a couple working through their rough times! Instead, I guess it is more fun to watch the train wrecks and it is but Bravo could have balanced it with ditzy Lynne. I mean Lynne is still Lynne LOL!!!
Onto the REASON for the meeting. Tamra and Fernanda's KISS! Tamra explains that she was drunk off her ass and Fernanda always has this, "Please somebody F*$K me fast, 'look'" So, hell, yeah, she KISSED her and tongue 'n all! But, "no nipple tweaking!!" Tamra claims and then she says, "THAT IS ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW" in her interviews. As her and Lynne continue to talk Tamra states that she never informed Simon and she was in a 'bad way' and blah, blah, blah. You know all the NORMAL excuses. THEN, Tamra whines, "Fernanda has been weird with me ever since I have been with Eddie. Eddie says that Fernanda is in love with me." Lynne looked a little puzzled by that whiney statement.
Hell, I'm not. Are you? So, Lynne jokes "Thank God I didn't follow you into the bathroom!" In addition, Lynne confides to Tamra that she has never kissed a girl and Tamra says, "Get me liquored up and I will kiss!" Lynne, are little ditz says, "I'm so straight." Tamra are little, well, you give her an adjective, says, "I'm a triangle" Then, in Tamra's interview she says, "I'm a flirt, girls, guys, whatever!" I was wondering what the whatever meant?? Will Tamra flirt with 'little boys and girls', will she flirt with the dog and cat? Or did she mean someone married, her best friend's husband, what, I want to know what WHATEVER meant?? If you notice Tamra takes no responsibility for her actions. KISSING Fernanda was the alcohol, her bad situation (meaning Simon), Fernanda's , 'come hither look' and the ultimate, Tamra just likes to flirt and kiss a little here and there, you know tongue and all! AND now she has to 'break up' with Fernanda because 'gosh Fernanda just doesn't understand'. (I hope you read the last line with sarcasm and my tongue and cheek attitude)
Peggy and Alexis have a Pissing match, no, I mean a chit chat!
Peggy dropped in on Alexis to bitch about Jim not showing up to her dinner, What the hell?? I just don't get Peggy's issue? Peggy claims to be this laid back gal and then she makes a special trip over to Alexis' house to bitch about Jim not coming to her dinner party?? Am I missing something? In my world we just don't bug each other if a friend's husband does not show up to a party. Now, Alexis having a meltdown! That would be a conversation. Okay, so in Peggy's interview she says that Jim has never had a 'real' job and therefore he could make it to her party. When she talks with Alexis she says, "Jim is like Micah and they make their own schedule so why couldn't he make it to my party?" I guess we should assume Micah has never had a 'real' job either and maybe those reports about them losing their home just might be true too?? Listen, I hope Peggy is not losing her home but don't go throwing stones when you have problems in your own home. Peggy continues to hound Alexis about Jim not being at the party and Alexis comes clean that Jim does not want to be around the Housewives anymore. Peggy says, "That is kind of rude." WHAT??? A person is not allowed to choose who they want to associate with? Jim took a beating from Vicki and Tamra, right or wrong and I don't blame the guy for not wanting to hangout with them. Peggy knows the back story and to be sitting there acting like she doesn't have a clue is not what a friend does to their friend. Alexis admits that it was hard to lie and of course Peggy gets the Christian dig in, I am glad that all the Christians are so perfect out there but I must be missing the perfection with all the shit going on in our world. (Sarcasm) Yet again, miss little holistic Peggy is drinking wine and looks like she just left her latest botox session yet she claims she is careful as to what goes into her body! Now that is funny! Once again, don't go throwing stones! Then, the two ladies have the most ridiculous conversation I have ever heard. Micah should be so f*^king embarrassed. If I ever went to a friend's home and said, "My husband thinks your husband......." Well, my husband would kick my ASS! Listen, I will defend my husband to my death if NEED BE but like ALEXIS I won't speak FOR HIM. If Micah felt Jim had a problem with him then Micah needs to grow some Fu*&ing balls and speak with Jim himself, not send his wife over to do the talking for him. Peggy needed to keep the conversation rooted between her and Alexis. Listen, I think Alexis is pissed at Peggy and Peggy knows why. These women need to duke it out. Oh, and this statement is for both ladies, "Maybe if your husbands spent their money on your mortgages and not CARS your homes wouldn't need LOAN MODIFICATIONS!"
Vicki and Donn cooking dinner!
This scene was uncomfortable to say the least. Donn enters the kitchen and announces his pleasure in seeing and smelling his wife's presence and cooking,respectively. Vicki does not respond to his compliment. Instead she begins bitching. She can't find anything in her house?? Maybe Vicki needs to be home more, just a thought! Anyway,you know when a wife is pissed AND Vicki is pissed. Bravo cuts to Vicki's interview where she informs us that she is mad at Donn for getting drunk at Peggy's party and she felt he was rude. Now, that is definitely the pot calling the kettle black. Back to the kitchen scene. Vicki is incredibly passive aggressive in the scene. Vicki tells Donn that she has spoken with Tamra and Tamra is happy and the divorce was the best thing for Tamra. Vicki says, "You know that is a good thing because sometimes you get divorced and you are not sure it is the right thing." Donn agrees that it is good that Tamra is happy and he says we should go out with Tamra and Eddie. Vicki says, "Yeah, sure." In the meantime, Bravo cuts to Vicki saying, "I want a relationship that connect at all levels, sexually, spiritually, communication, it's like a car has to have those four tires and Donn and I, we've got three tires that are flat and there's no more spares." The scene continues and it is painful. Vicki can hardly speak to her husband and Donn doesn't know how to reach her. Vicki informs Donn that dinner will be very late because Vicki will be gone for the rest of the day. Her schedule consist of exercising and working and Donn says "OK". Neither will cave. Vicki in her interview says, "once you lose communication it is over." I can't agree more and the scene was painful. Clearly Vicki has been hurt by her husband and Donn has no idea how to repair the damage in their marriage. Unfortunately, Vicki seems to put up walls but usually that is a defense mechanism and I think Vicki's work is her hiding place. I no longer believe Vicki, you know, that work is where she is happy, I think she is just NOT happy at home.
Gretchen the Boss!
Gretchen has a show in Texas and Slade is helping her pack up for the show. Like many men, he tries to give Gretchen a suggestion on how to save money. Gretchen is too proud and too stubborn to listen and chalks the spending up to "the cost of doing business". Now, my husband, a business owner does use that phrase from time to time BUT it is usually when dealing with perks for his staff or clients NEVER on personal stuff AND if he can cut a cost on the business end he does. My point, Slade was correct. You don't spend more money then you need to when trying to make a profit. Gretchen should have shipped her makeup out ahead of time or sucked it up and asked Alexis. Anyway, the interesting part of the scene was Slade's interview where he admitted that he has fallen off the high horse. Not an easy thing for any person to admit. Slade stated that at one time he made a lot of money and never thought he would be in the position he finds himself. I know many of you do not like Slade but I believe that he is man that has hit a low and is trying to find his way. I do believe that he has a habit of supporting the woman he is with at the moment. Now, that being said, I do think that Slade, like Simon from the Real Housewives of New York City, likes the camera but hey, some people like the camera more than others! Right?
Peggy, Tamra and Vicki Go wine Tasting!
Peggy invited Tamra and Vicki to go Wine Tasting because Alexis spoiled Peggy's party! I think Peggy likes Vicki and Tamra and she wanted to hangout with them and film with them. Which I think is fine, she is making new friends but she has to know this will hurt her friendship with Alexis. I think the reason I don't care for Peggy right now is because she is dogging a friend. Listen, you don't have to 'hate' the people your friends 'hate' but Alexis brought Peggy on the show and Peggy knew the issues between Alexis and Vicki. Therefore, I think Alexis felt that Peggy would at least be in her corner, not mean to Vicki but Alexis certainly didn't expect Peggy to become best buddies with Vicki and Tamra and c'mon ladies you know that never goes over well with a friend. In addition, now Peggy is divulging Alexis' secrets. When Vicki and Tamra asked Peggy about her talk with Alexis Peggy could have kept some of the talk private. Peggy could have said, "You know, I met with Alexis but she should tell you why Jim is not coming around anymore. It really isn't my place and as her friend I should keep my conversation with Alexis just between us." I would have respected Peggy a lot. Now, why Tamra and Vicki seemed stunned about Jim bailing on The Real Housewives, well, I have no idea. Vicki saying Jim can't handle smart women, well, they never interacted in a business manner. Jim and Vicki interacted socially and she really can't judge him on those merits. Now, Jim should be able to handle Tamra fine, dumb blondes seem to be right up his alley! I just think Jim likes them a little less trashy and mouthy, oh and prefers them to fawn all over him! LOL Enough about JIM!
The Ladies get to the first winery and Peggy makes her little toast,"Thanks for being so sweet to me,Cheers! Vicki says, "Your the first new girl we have liked." Tamra says, "You have to understand Vicki doesn't like Bullshit" Yeah, nah,I think Peggy has sucked up to the two Queen Bees beautifully and it is working for her EXCEPT she has lost her friendship with Alexis, a friend of four years. I hope her new friendships last. Peggy needs to ask some of the previous Housewives how good of friends Tamra and Vicki are OFF CAMERA? But, you know when you are losing your home and you need to make the REALITY SHOW succeed,well, you have to do what you have to do, I get it. For instance,Tamra is definitely playing to the camera this season! Tamra needs the REALITY SHOW and she likes it! Tamra seems to make as many sexually inappropriate comments as possible!! At one point she was insinuating that Alexis wanted to "roll around in Peggy's sheets" You could tell Peggy got uncomfortable. I have to admit I was confused. I would love for someone to explain to me what Tamra was insinuating. Was Tamra saying, Alexis wanted Peggy, Peggy's husband or a Threesome?? In addition, the way Tamra said it, I thought Tamra was going to hump something right then and there. Which I guess explains Tamra stating, "I'm going everywhere!" This was in context of Bad Girls go everywhere and good girls go to heaven. Guess, Tamra was proudly saying she is a BAD GIRL!
The next winery the women were definitely feeling the effects of the wine and it became uncomfortable! Tamra is still trying to be wild and Vicki makes an inappropriate RACIST comment. The Puerto Rican host says, "Ladies let's go to the dark side (meaning wine) and Tamra answers, "I love the dark side" (all flirty and sexy) This seems to upset Vicki and she says, "Tamra, we are at a wine tasting why to have to want to rip his clothes off just because he is Mexican." The host corrects Vicki and says "I am Puerto Rican." Vicki should have apologized and moved on but no, she says, "Well, Tamra you like him because he is dark." Tamra says, "Color has nothing to do with it." The guy is clearly offended. WONDER WHY?? At this point Vicki has figured out she stepped in it and they try to move on from the embarrassing moment only to land on DONN. Peggy says, "Donn is a funny guy." Vicki tries to keep it together but Tamra says, "Stop saying DONN" Way to help a friend, Tamra. At that point Vicki is hardly managing to keep it together as she keeps saying, "I'm fine, I'm fine, let's talk about Fernanda." Bravo cuts to Vicki's interview and she let's it all out. Vicki says, 'The reality is my world is falling apart, my marriage is falling apart, my security is falling apart, and I am miserable within my own mind and body and I don't know where I belong anymore." How Sad, just sad.
Gretchen brings Liz home to Visit Slade, her son!
This scene was awesome! We are no closer to knowing what Slade does for a living but it is comforting to know that Liz, his mother, hasn't a f@$king clue either!! Ha! Ha! Liz was great!!
I loved her trying to give Slade ideas on WHAT TO BECOME!! "How about being a lawyer?? How about being a headhunter? Well, Slade, maybe Gretchen's dad will hand over his GOLDMINE business to you?" Too funny!! But, she did try to tell her son that MAYBE if he was LESS supportive of Gretchen and focused MORE on getting his own PERSONAL life in order then maybe, just maybe his life might get a little better. Liz, might have been a little wacky but that piece of advice sounds pretty damn good to me, what do you guys think??
Tamra Breaks up with Fernanda
Tamra uses the photos for the NOH8 campaign as an excuse to meet with Fernanda. Tamra claims the photos were fun and risque. Oh, and how about good PUBLICITY but isn't there suppose to be a message in those photos?? Whatever! Tamra wasn't doing the photos because she believed in the message. Hell no, she made the most inappropriate statement during the scene which proves her lack of sincerity. Tamra tells Fernanda that most gay girls do not look like her, Fernanda says, "Is that a compliment?" Tamra says, " Hell Yes." NO, it is not and Fernanda Knew it was a stereotypical dig. Basically, Tamra thinks in her little dumb blonde head that all gay women are ugly or 'butch' as some people like to say. Fernanda is beautiful but there are many beautiful gay women out there. Tamra should not have been allowed to pose for NOH8 (Shaking My Head in disgust) .Anyway, Tamra blasts into Fernanda about the kiss. I loved Tamra's explanation that straight girls like to get drunk and kiss each other just for fun! Obviously,Tamra says that gay girls don't understand and Fernanda took the kiss wrong. Once again, Tamra taking no responsibility for her actions. Tamra basically says that Fernanda misunderstood the kiss and took it all wrong. Fernanda looks at Tamra like she has no brain or better yet, I think Fernanda is figuring out that Tamra has no brain.
Fernanda tries to basically tell the dumb blonde that a gay woman doesn't kiss a woman 'just for fun'. I have to admit that I loved it when Fernanda said, "I am paying for your flirting." Tamra has no clue and she doesn't give a shit. In addition, I think Tamra will do anything for camera time.
Alexis does her photo shoot!
Alexis is getting ready to get her baby off the ground, ALEXIS COUTURE. Poor Alexis. Modeling does not come naturally to her. Alexis is beautiful and trying to save money she chose to be the model. BAD IDEA!! I think TAL was doing a better job of modeling LOL. Once again, I will not put her down for trying to make a dream come true and I liked a few of the dresses BUT she needs to hire models!! Unfortunately, Alexis was more impressed with herself then I was But I didn't see the final pictures!
Gretchen in San Antonio!
You know Slade claims he does not market or promote Gretchen, yeah, well watch the scene. In addition, Gretchen has a lot of fun making FUN of Slade And yet, Gretchen counts on Slade A LOT!
I don't think there is anything wrong with Slade promoting Gretchen but I think they both need to realize just how much Slade does and maybe Gretchen needs to start paying him. Actually, Slade needs to demand it or find a job, this would make Gretchen realize his worth. Being A team is great but Gretchen and Slade are not a team. Worse, Gretchen is very derogatory with and about Slade! Hey, Slade can curl hair because Gretchen's hair looked great but I loved it when the host said, "I wouldn't announce that Slade does your hair." Yeah, somethings Gretchen needs to keep between her and Slade!
Jim directs part of the photo shoot!
Jim is the BACKER or the financial investor in Alexis Couture, and yet Alexis is the owner. That is a tricky situation. Anyway, Jim popped in to help guide Alexis on HER company's photo shoot. Not a good idea because he has no experience in photo shoots. Once again hire out. Now, as far as him being supportive and popping in to see what's going on, well, I think is fine. Unfortunately the photo shoot was not professional. They cut costs and hired a cheap photographer and tried to cut corners. They should have spent the money on professionals. The smack on the butt was a husband flirting with his wife BUT the problem they were both suppose to be working. My husband would never have done that at the office. Let me rephrase, we work together and he has never done something so unprofessional. It is important when you work together and you are around others to keep it professional and to make sure others feel comfortable too. Oh, AND Alexis needs to learn that she doesn't have to listen to her husband if she thinks he is wrong. You are entitled to your opinion and if it is YOUR business then you make the final decision. Alexis needs to set up some boundaries with her husband when it comes to her 'baby'. Alexis needs to FIND HER VOICE!! She needs to stop with this, "You always defer to your husband" Someone needs to talk with Alexis. A marriage is a PARTNERSHIP! Now, when working together if one is truly the owner of the business then the owner makes final decisions. My husband owns his business he makes the final decisions but we have such a great marriage that he listens to my advice with proper respect. No, he does not always take my advice but he gives me respect when I offer a suggestion. Boundaries when working with a spouse/boyfriend must be established.
