Real Housewives of Beverly Hills: Dinner From Hell!
Gosh, I must admit I watched this episode! Not sure why Bravo didn't just extend the season by a week and run the Dinner from Hell in it's entirety but whatever Bravo gets viewers either way (LOL).
Honestly, I am not going to rehash the entire episode. Much of what I wrote I still standby. Allison Dubois got very drunk and made a total ass out of herself. I do believe that many of us can relate to such a moment in our lives and I bet we can attest to having those moments without alcohol too. I thank God mine were not caught on camera (LOL). Much of the 'bashing' that took place at the end of the dinner was done after many cocktails and when the women were clearly fired up. Let me tell you when I am pissed I say stupid ass shit about people all the time and I have been known to stoop to 'trailer park' hand signals. Anger tends to send me to places I don't like to go. I do believe that Camille and D.D. tried hard to stop Allison from many of her inappropriate remarks but she was too drunk and pissed. Now, I must admit that this version explained a little better as to why Allison went over the edge. And to quote Kim Richards as she was walking out, she turns to Faye Resnick and says, "You started all of this!" My, my our little Kimmy isn't as stupid as we all thought!!!
If you notice the Dinner from hell turns nasty when Faye attacks both Camille and Allison about lying. Then, Faye continues to attack Allison's psychic abilities and threatens to unleash 'what she knows' in a menacing tone. Kyle LOVED it!! Watch Kyle's face. She got the 'sister' to BACK HER UP! Kyle is the girl who gets into a tiff and she has to build a circle of girls to SIDE with her. Yeah, we all know those kind of gals. See, Lisa might be Kyle's friend but she has too much class and Kyle knew that Faye 'would go there'.
Anyway, I think it was a total mess. I think both Camille and Kyle had friends there to protect them and things went crazy but make no mistake Faye really set it off. I don't care if Camille and Allison were lying if you have class you don't go into a person's home and call the hostess and her good friend liars. DAH!! In addition did Faye think that would make the situation better? I found it funny that Faye claimed that kind of stuff 'didn't happen in Beverly Hills' and yet she was the one that was inappropriate.
Kyle wants us to believe that Faye dug up all the stuff on Camille, um, yeah, not buying into that at all. That was a setup by Faye and Kyle. They decided if things went bad at the party then the pictures would be used!! As Faye said, "Camille became FAIR GAME!!!"
Now, I must nitpick, I am not sure about psychics (meaning I have no reason to believe in them but I don't want to bash them either) but Allison didn't originally say that Mauricio was cheating. She said that Kyle would not be emotionally fulfilled by him?? It is interesting that Kyle always needs a kid every few years. It seems like Kyle is afraid of it just being the two of them?? Now, at the end of the evening they were totally bashing on Mauricio and Kyle, like pissed off women do!
On a side note, all the women claimed they had a weird vibe from the psychic and they didn't seem to trust her but they taunted for a reading?? Why?? Let me explain my manners. If I was at such a party and the hostess stated the psychic was a guest and the psychic said I am 'off the clock' I would have not asked for a reading or bothered her. In addition, there is a difference between discussing ones work and doing it. Not that I am saying I buy into her abilities. Just stating my manners, oh, and I am not from Beverly Hills maybe that is why I have manners?? Joking, really, joking. (LOL)
Now, Allison Dubois?? If you have the patience check out this long research article on her. It is good!! It was it done in 2005 when someone was curious about the claim by the show Medium being based on a 'real life' medium. It will make you wonder even more about Ms. Allison Dubois?!?!
