The Real Housewives of Atlanta:Flamingo Road Block!
Oh, my I must admit I had quite the headache after this episode. A lot of shouting and yet the people I wanted to do some REAL shouting remained too quiet, ugh!
Once again Sheree Whitfield was non existent in another episode?? My goodness this can't be good for Sheree?? I mean having a quick scene about your kids spending the weekend with their father because she is heading out for the bachelorette weekend,isn't much of a scene. Although, it was funny when she asked her kids if they would miss her and they lacked the heartfelt yes response she was looking for. I mean they are at the proper age of wanting and enjoying a few days away from mom. I know, it is hard for all of US moms to accept that fact but kids like a little time away too.
Now, this is going to get me into allll kinds of trouble but I kind of like Phaedra. She is honest. I am sooooo sick of all these moms who act like they don't crave a little time away from being a mom. I like that she is honest. In addition, she shows the true conflict mothers have, you know, the "we want our alone time BUT nobody can mother and handle our children RIGHT, not even Dad." You could see that Phaedra is experiencing the same feelings that many of US mothers go through and she did what many of US are blessed with doing, she called her mother in to be back up. You know that Phaedra wanted to get away and she wanted to feel relaxed and she knew that she would feel better if her mother was supporting Apollo, the father. Isn't that funny, because you know if Apollo went away for the weekend Phaedra would be fine all alone. Oh, sometimes we MOTHERS can be a little controlling, especially with that first baby (LOL).
Oh, onto the big stuff!!
Cynthia Bailey. Boy,I felt for Cynthia. I wanted her to SCREAM at Peter. I mean,Peter waits two weeks before the wedding to inform her they can't pay for it?? How shitty!! Although, has Cynthia been totally in the dark?? I guess. Anyways, I don't understand why Cynthia feels she has to go through with the wedding?? In addition, is it about the wedding or the marriage?? I am confused with Cynthia?? If you are in love with someone and you want to marry them then you MARRY THEM. After the initial shock is over that you can't have your dream wedding a woman in love would just want to get married but if it is just about the show,well, then there are problems. I think Cynthia has begun to realize many unpleasant things about Peter and she feels she can't get out of the wedding and we know in the end she doesn't, how sad. I do wonder if Cynthia was scared of Peter because I would have ripped him a new one and I think Cynthia wanted to but she was just afraid.
The Bus Tour! What a flippin mess!! I swear to God and I know I shouldn't do that but oh, my gosh I would have killed Kim and Sweetie. Those two women are beyond annoying and they do BELIEVE they are SPECIAL and that everyone thinks their little routine is cute. It is not!! Worse, Kim treats Sweetie like dirt. This makes Sweetie look like a person who has no self esteem and will take shit from anyone. That is not an assistant's job, you know, be treated like dirt! Oh, and that is not being loyal or a good friend, either. Sweetie looks as bad as Kim who is doing the abusing. Sweetie is allowing Kim to treat her like crap! "Sweetie, no job is worth that kind of shit." It is sad that Kim says, "I pay her a lot and I will talk to her anyway I want." No, you don't treat anyone that way even if they are your paid assistant.
At first I was surprised that Kandi went off on Sweetie but then I got it. I totally got it. Kandi was thinking, Kim treats her like total shit. Sweetie dishes crap and then if anyone other than Kim says the slightest thing to Sweetie she is all touchy and dare I say it bitchy and snotty??? That makes no sense at all??? Sweetie can't think that people watching her be treated like total dirt by Kim are going to treat her well?? Nope, they are going to treat her like dirt too! In addition, Kandi was putting Sweetie in her place. See, Sweetie was starting to think she had Kim status because she was Kim's assistant, um no, she is just that, the assistant and Kandi was putting Sweetie in her place. Yes, Sweetie should be treated with respect but that doesn't mean Sweetie is to be treated like she is the boss. We all know how it works in life. Sweetie was getting a little too big for her britches with Kandi!
I must admit I really want Kandi to put 'No Talent' Kim in her place.
Oh, Miss NeNe Leakes??? I have such mixed feelings about her display of CRAZY!! I think stress makes a person do funny things and I believe her life was a mess and she went off. Now, all that being said, NeNe needs to learn to control her temper. Arguing with Kim is going to get her nowhere AND attempting to hit Kim??? Now, That is wrong, just flat out wrong. I think NeNe was just over all of Kim's bullshit. I think Most of us are over Kim's DIVA bullshit but mostly I think NeNe believes Kim is delusional. Kim refuses to accept her level of talent. She acts like a Diva. I think Kim was talking shit about everybody to Nene and then on the bus NeNe lost all control with Kim and her act. In addition, NeNe is both jealous and upset with Sweetie. Kim and Sweetie have an odd relationship and NeNe doesn't understand it. Sweetie as an assistant is too involved in Kim's life. Sweetie should not participate in a girl's weekend. I completely agree with NeNe on that point!! Kim doesn't understand that Sweetie's place is to be an assistant and she should not be 'chiming in' when Kim is talking with other people. An assistant quietly sits on the sidelines. Therefore, NeNe can't figure out if Sweetie is a friend or assistant?? Yes, she can be both but at times Sweetie needs to know when she is doing her job and when she is in 'friend' mode. Lastly, NeNe thinks Sweetie is being treated like dirt and NeNe thinks that Kim has no business treating her that way. Overall, NeNe does not respect Kim AT ALL.
I know NeNe came off looking crazy but I think Kim has a way of sending people over the edge and Kandi has done an excellent job of keeping her cool but everyone has different personalities. Kandi is more mellow and well, NeNe, yeah, not so mellow (LOL). I know I would have gone off on Kim a while ago!!
Here is hoping Sweetie throws a glass a wine on Kim some day when she is belting out an order for one from her loyal, trained dog, oops I mean assistant!!
