What an interesting episode!
Phaedra continues to crack me up. Love the 'Sip and See'. The baby is adorable and Phaedra may have started slow with mothering but she seems to have taken to IT. Every mother is different and some women are scared at the idea of being a mom. I think Phaedra was very scared. Phaedra has worked hard to obtain her lifestyle and she had no idea how being a mother would affect her life. It does seem she has taken to her little guy! I am glad it wasn't more serious of an issue and she seems genuinely happy.
Her and Sheree working out was funny. As usual Phaedra and her all sweeping statements, OH PHAEDRA!! But at least her and Sheree were actually working out. How many times have we been treated to a fake workout scene?? Kim and Sweetie and NeNe and Kim?? Yeah, it was clear Phaedra and Sheree were power walking.
Phaedra and Kim burying the hatchet. Yeah, kind of sorta (LOL) Well, Kim made her point by whipping out a certificate and Phaedra ate crow BUT if I was Kim I would be upset that around town people say "Kim danced and worked the clubs." Although that seems to fly right over Kim's head or maybe not?? Kim just believes Phaedra lies and who knows because Phaedra did lie.
Oh, these women, my head does spin at times.
Now, NeNe. I appreciate the fact that she is trying to make a living but isn't it a shame that she basically is getting a shot at a journalistic type of job with no credentials?? I guess that should make the news station look bad. I understand it is ENTERTAINMENT news but I would think that a News Station would pride itself on credentials?? Oh well, such is life. NeNe screwed up. First, she brought her son. Oh, and Not to see her working but to meet an important 'cool' person. That is unprofessional by many standards. Second, NeNe clearly did not do her research. Third, NeNe thought she could rely on her personal relationship to get her through a professional moment. Lastly, NeNe claimed the interview turned around. I never saw it turn around. Yes, he became more friendly but when did she actually interview and the viewers learn something??? I guess, my point is that NeNe has no proper training for the job and wouldn't someone with a journalism degree be better suited??
Cynthia and Peter are not the happy engaged couple. Money, money and more money. Peter wants her money and yet he likes to put her down. Yeah, this is textbook ASSHOLE!! Not sure why Cynthia ends up marrying this guy but we all know that she does and I am going to assume a divorce will be forthcoming. Love the actor from CSI New York, Hill Harper, supplying couples therapy and promoting his book, NOT!! When Peter just ripped Cynthia and Hill Harper says to Cynthia "Now tell Peter why you love him" Good for Cynthia for saying, "Um, yeah, not right now dude." Cynthia was pretty polite in her declining of that request. I would have handled that a little different. (LOL)
Kim and Kandi, Oh, the buildup. Kim is touring and since she isn't use to working she has to get B-12 shots and her assistant has been taught how to give them to her, I guess?? Anyways, Kim cannot live without her assistant so she informs her daughters that she will be hitting the road for seven days and the youngest is like, "Okay, see you but not sure why you are doing this you because really mom, you aren't that big of deal, but whatever." And the oldest seems to break down when she hears the assistant, Sweetie, will be going with Kim for the seven days. Not sure why this child is crying?? She is old enough to understand and she will be with her grandmother and it was just odd?? But then again I think she is a little bit like her mother. SPOILED.
Kim and the BUS. There is no way to explain Kim other than saying, she is a trashy woman who thinks she is above others and deserves the best. Not sure why?? Kim has not accomplished anything on her own and the money she has acquired, well, she basically did it by one of the oldest methods around. Kim may not out and out charge for her 'services' but in the end it is what she did. Don't you think? Anyways, Kim treating Kandi's tour manager like dirt and smoking and drinking and praying to GOD for wig assistance SHOWS her character. Kandi trying to remain calm and focused and quietly praying shows her character. Kim pulls the performance off because the fans there were REALITY HOUSEWIVES fans. I hate to say that because I know Kandi wants her music to succeed but I think it will take time for Kandi but Kim didn't succeed because of her music and performance and a crowd there for music and performing would have been upset.
Poor Sheree she was non existent and I am hoping she is going to bring something in these last episodes or she might be in 'chopping bloc'k trouble?? Although, with Cynthia married what the hell does she have for next season??
Sunday night's upcoming episode looks interesting? Not that I love fights but I do think it is time for Kandi to step up to Kim. I want Kandi to speak her peace!!
