The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills: Wackadoodle Bitch

posted by RF Club, Group AdministratorFriday, November 12th 2010 @ 6:38 PM (not yet rated)

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills episode "I would Never Say That" really should have been named "Camille, the WACKADOODLE BITCH" but I guess that isn't a proper title for a show.

This episode was clearly centered around Camille and not just the tiff.

Now, I am enjoying The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills but this episode was lacking ebb and flow.

It was clearly setup around the women preparing for New York City.  I don't get why the entire episode had to be around them going to New York??  When did The Real Housewives Episodes have to be so cohesive??  It just seemed to feel so forced at trying to make it ALL about THEM going to New York and in the end it lost IT'S an ebb and flow!

The Real Housewives shows use to just bounce from woman to woman doing their 'thing'.  You know, living their lives.  Sometimes they were hooked up with one other housewife and other times they were separate entities involved with other people.  Such as their spouses, children, co-workers and etc.... But, now it seems Bravo wants the Housewives to film together as much as possible.  I am assuming this is a production cost.  THAT IS JUST AN ASSUMPTION. You know,  in my opinion and all that jazz!  I didn't contact Bravo or anything. (LOL)

Okay, back to "I would Never Say That"!

So, we clearly get the POINT, the women are all going to New York City to see Kelsey Grammer on Broadway.
It is a girls weekend!!!

We see Camille, her family along with her entourage go out to NYC first.  Camille is her usual charming self. (Sarcasm)  We hear that their stay in New York City is going to be difficult because she has to live in a cramped place for a year.  As Camille is whining in her interviews there are interspersed scenes of the most beautiful apartment in New York City and we are informed that it is 3500 square feet.  I am sure for many people that is bigger than their home.  In addition, most people know that New York City apartments are INCREDIBLY small and to be blessed to own one of that size, well is a blessing.  Therefore it baffles the mind how any person can complain??   At that point, I am thinking Camille is a selfish young lady.  I had no clue what was to come!  We quickly see Kelsey join his family and trouble is definitely brewing.  In Kelsey's interview he states, "No marriage is perfect" .  I kind of paraphrased but that was his point.  He seemed genuinely happy to see his kids and if I didn't know about his mistress I would of thought he was happy to see Camille. BUT, and here is the BIG BUT,  The interview clued me in that something might be going on and then as I watched their body language it wasn't body language of two happily married people seeing each other after a while.  BUT, I must admit, I might have noticed more because I know the NOW!!  Does that make sense??
Well, After the 'meet and greet' with Kelsey, Camille gets to spend time with her mother.  Now, this is the scene that seals the deal for me.  I have not liked Camille Grammer from the get go.  I do change my mind from time to time but she has rubbed me the wrong way from the very first episode.  With each following episode she has continued to grate on my nerves.  This episode she has gone beyond grating on my nerves.  Camille Grammer is self centered, shallow and insecure. The scene with her mother is sad.  Camille informs us that her mother has cancer and the prognosis for survival is good.  Her mother had to undergo treatments. That is it!!  Done!  Finito!! No more information about MOM!!  Nope!  Instead,  We hear Camille speak with her mother all about Camille.  How busy Camille is and how scared Camille is and how hard and hectic Camille's life is and Camille, Camille, Camille.  Her mother spoke very little and Camille certainly had no concern for her mother.  Let alone did we hear that Camille was THERE for her mother in her time of need.  No, Camille went to Hawaii and took friends.  Not even her sick mother.  What a daughter???  Worse, the spending time with her mother all took place at a nail salon?? What the hell???  Camille couldn't even go visit her mother or have her mother over at the house, you know for a nice dinner, what planet does Camille live on???  I know Camille Planet!!! (sarcasm)

In the mean time we get other scenes of the ladies getting ready for the trip!  I must admit I got sidetracked and looked up and saw Kim Richards and Adrienne Maloof shopping together???  Now, that through me for a loop?? Someone, help me out and tell me why they were shopping together??  I didn't DVR this episode and I am going to have to wait until Sunday to find out, hellllllp (LOL).  Anyways, it is in this shopping scene that poor Adrienne gets the call that her Uncle just died and she has to leave.  I agree with Kim, Adrienne looked a little rattled and I felt bad for her but it gets Adrienne out of the New York City trip, not that is what she wanted or how she would have wanted out.  We do 'hear' her polite call to Camille to cancel her commitment.

Obviously, Taylor should have come up with an excuse not to go because I get the impression that Taylor doesn't hit it off  ALL the other ladies except for Adrienne and she even stated how upset she was that Adrienne was not going.  Now,Taylor drives me nuts.  Her lips are horrid.  She whines when she talks and she seems to be superficial too.  I think that is why she does not hit it off with Lisa, Kyle and Kim.  Taylor wouldn't know how to 'say what you mean and mean what you say' even if it was injected in her lips !  Adrienne is sooooo politically correct that the two get along beautifully and they can tolerate Camille because she is MISS SUPERFICIAL.  That doesn't bother Adrienne and Taylor.  They prefer it.  I actually find Adrienne and Taylor boring!!  Yawn city!  It is sad to say but Adrienne not going was no big deal!!

Lisa and Kyle preparing for the trip???  The hypnotist??  I was dying of laughter.  Raise your hand, then quick, put it down and all your troubles are gone.  Man, find that guy.  I need him, like NOW!!! Lisa is a good friend.  I would have done it for my friend too and I would not have burst their bubble.  Kyle is afraid to fly!  If she thinks the HYPNOTIST can work then that is half the battle and if they want to fly without too much KYLE DRAMA then let her believe in the HYPNOTIST.  The power of the mind is a wonderful thing!!

The men eating out was a bit odd.  Oh, and why was Paul at the dinner??? Adrienne did not go on the trip?  Did I miss something again?  The guys were talking about being home alone.  Oh, well, I thought it was funny when they asked Lisa's husband the 'key' to making it work.  I wish it was as simple as not going to bed mad at each other but I think his point is you can't let a fight fester!

AND YET, the women have let a fight fester (LOL)!!

The women get to New York City but before boarding the airplane they discussed that the best way to handle the 'incident' between Kyle and Camille would be to just get it settled.  They all believed that there had been a misunderstanding of what Kyle had said about Kelsey not going to Hawaii with Camille and the kids. Therefore, Kyle talks to Camille and didn't you all know that things were going to go wrong the longer they kept talking???  Kyle would not cop to saying anything wrong.  Camille would not agree that she misunderstood.  Kyle told Camille that she is insecure and she didn't need to be because they all loved her and then Camille claimed everything was okay!!  RIGHT (Sarcasm)

And Twenty minutes later.....
They meet for dinner and Camille goes BATSHIT CRAZY!!  She blindsides Kyle and claims Kyle 'went' after her.  WHAT WORLD DOES CAMILLE LIVE IN??  OH, THE CAMILLE GRAMMER WORLD!
Kyle did make the mistake of saying Camille was insecure BUT NOT in the way Camille was claiming at the table.  Camille is a manipulative little bitch.  She turns your words around and makes it what SHE THINKS it is.  Camille is insecure but also self centered.  An odd combination to say the least.  Camille likes everything centered around her but she is never really sure why it is centered around.  Is it because of Kelsey or when she was younger I bet she complained if it was about her looks and so on.  Camille likes to start trouble and play the game of "I am calm and so I am right"  What??? Who uses that logic???  A Wackadoodle  I felt so bad for Kyle.  There is no reasoning with a Wackadoodle.  Now we see next week that  poor Kim, tries to get assistance from spineless Taylor who wants to stay friends with MRS. KELSEY GRAMMER, who is Friends with Adrienne Maloof!  Dah, Miss Big Lips isn't about to rock her botox connection?? By golly she is going to get all Oklahomian on Kim if Kim makes her take a stand.  I love that preview!   I love Kim's look, Like, 'who says that shit??'

BUT, my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE IS LISA.  Lisa trying to make sense and dogging Camille at the same time, only Lisa.  She basically says, "Camille, when WE ALL LEFT you, YOU led US to believe EVERYTHING was fine, what happened in the few minutes it took us to get down here to get YOU ALL UPSET?  You notice LISA IS PUTTING IT ALL ON THE WACKADOODLE!!!

Camille Grammer planned or STAGED that dinner assault!!!
