I think we can safely say this was the Kim Zolciak episode and poor Kandi Burruss was the back up Housewife. BUT, and here is the BUT. Kandi was the lady making all the sense of the NON SENSE and she helped a friend make a success of her first big performance. The problem? Kandi is getting SICK of Kim. I don't think Kandi minds helping Kim if she felt that Kim was genuine but Kandi is starting to see Kim for the blonde party girl that she is and on top of that Kandi isn't going to play Kim's second fiddle for nothing. Time for Kandi Burruss to get PAID for her work!!!
Okay, so let us back up a moment. Bravo opens the show with Kim Zolciak getting ready to head out of town. The scene is mostly silly EXCEPT for Kim's lack in parenting skills. Brielle can't wait for mom to get the hell out of dodge and it is because that little girl is about to have some serious fun. We are talking SERIOUS FUN!! Kim has raised her to be JUST LIKE KIM. Kim should be sooooo proud!! Kim's assistant, Sweetie or Sweetness or HOW ABOUT STUPID ASS is really no help but along for a fun ride in her 'hooker' boots. I mean if you are an assistant and you need to get your boss out of town you wear appropriate shoes and you get Kim packed and out the door. That is an assistants job. Then for whatever reason Kim rents a yellow Lamborghini, oh, wait, she blames that oh Sweetie or Sweetness, whatever and then the two of them have to pee at an RV restroom???? It does make for good television, right? In the mean time Kandi is waiting for Kim to show up and it is Kandi who let's us know that Kim is always late. I am thinking that none of you are surprised to hear such a revelation. Right??? Kandi has generously agreed to go on this little trip but you can tell by her interviews that she is clearly over Kim's diva attitude. Kandi is willing to help a professional. You know someone who shows up on time. Someone who practices and doesn't say "I can't focus" AND Miss Zolciak could not focus because she was too busy making inappropriate comments about the guys. Why do women feel they can flirt and treat men like EYE CANDY and if a man does those EXACT same actions you know, EVERY WOMAN would be yelling SEXUAL HARASSMENT. "Women, you cannot live a double standard."
Then,we were treated to Kim getting ready for the show. Kim chit chatting with her stylist about her butterflies. I don't know about you but that stylist was super dull and not very supportive. Maybe he is just use to KIM. I don't know about you but I was totally over Kim's boobs?? My God, those things hung out of that dress most of the show. Charlie was a God send he definitely MOOSHED those suckers in!!!
Finally, the performance! Kim survived and Kandi saved it!!! I don't care for Kim but she is learning and it was her first big appearance and she really didn't understand the 'working the crowd.' Kandi should have shown her during rehearsal BUT I think Kandi was over Kim's lack of focus and I think Kandi thought Kim understood her words. Kandi quickly realized Kim did not have the skills to break away from the song and she helped a friend out. Whether Kim will admit this or not Kandi did not have to help with the crowd. Kandi could have just been the backup girl and let Kim die but she did help with the crowd and hopefully Kim learned. Kandi stepped up to the plate and did what a friend does HELPS and SAVES.
Now, the rest of the show!!!! This will be quick!
NeNe Leakes had A SCENE, no wait TWO scenes. Nene had to explain to Brentt that Brice was arrested. I disagree with NeNe on this occasion. Brentt is older than she treats him and he hears stuff. NeNe should of given him the facts. You can see that NeNe does have a problem with spoiling!! I did tweet during this scene. I loved her ear rings and eye shadow. NeNe can pull off over the top!! Anyways, onto the animal scene. What is it with Bravo?? NeNe's dog, Playa, had an accident and we got to see cleanup and diapers, yea hooray (sarcasm, read with sarcasm). That is is for NeNe Leakes this week!! No fun!
Sheree Whitfield had her blowout with Dwight. Goodness it was quick and nothing. The guy came with his publicist and Sheree tweeted that the briefcase was empty. Anyways, the scene was quick. Or what Bravo showed was quick. Dwight, the tiger, said nothing. Sheree made a good point. She told Dwight that you can't offer to help for free and then a year later asked to be paid. I do agree. We all watched Dwight offer his services. He did say "Don't abuse me" but that was his job to make sure he wasn't abused. I mean who would use $30,000.00 of their own money without a contract?? Dwight was stupid if he really did such a thing. He should have produced receipts to at least make Sheree Whitfield feel bad but it doesn't seem that Dwight kept good records. Therefore, he does need to keep his mouth shut and I think both learned a lesson. Sheree got to use Bravo to clear her name and Dwight got screwed again!! Sarcasm again, read with sarcasm!!!!
Cynthia Bailey what a snore! We know she married the guy. I am not one bit interested in this chick. I could have cared less about her and her sister talking. Oh, and Cynthia trying to be sweet and saying her sister could be her twin??? On what planet?? Now, that is sisterly love. Anyways, I do feel for the guy if he is watching the show. Divorce her ass. My goodness, Cynthia is so full of herself and if she has to be talked into marrying him?? Well,that is sad. Oh, I was totally confused with the statement about Alabama marriages?? This is it for boring Cynthia? I am sorry she is on the show over Lisa! Why?? I may not have loved Lisa Wu Hartwell but honestly she brought more to the screen than Cynthia Bailey! Oh, and her blog last week said for us to hang in there like a book. Um, Cynthia a book hooks you in the beginning, you have NO HOOK!
Now, Phaedra Parks, my, oh, my! I am loving all this reverse discrimination. White folk and white households. Goodness, a WHITE PERSON would be called RACIST and nailed to a cross with such statements as a "black folk and black households" I mean according to Stacie Turner from Real Housewives of D.C. if you don't like Tyra or Obama you don't like Black people and if you use the word COLORED in any context you are racist but I am sure she will defend Phaedra.
I will agree with Phaedra on one thing and she should have stated it clearer. Research has shown that black culture and white culture do discipline differently. Her husband being raised in a white home will raise issues. I will not discuss spanking but for example, in a black household the parents do not tend to ask a child to do something, they use the command form of speech where in a white household the parents ask the child to do things even though it is really meant as a command. This is why it is very confusing when these children go to school and they encounter teachers from different cultures/race. As a teacher we had to learn these things in order to be aware that the child was not misbehaving. We had to be aware that it was culture/race and it was US (the teacher) confusing the child at times. Therefore, when a white teacher says "please spit your gum out?" It is meant, "Spit your gum out!" A black child is confused by the question mark and thinks they have a choice. When a black teacher commands a white child, "Spit your gum out!" The white child thinks the teacher is mean and harsh. All because of up bringing. Sorry, now that I am off that tirade onto her TRULY ridiculous comments.
Phaedra is playing some silly games with this cooking and eating fancy shit. White households and can food?? Black households and fancy food?? What the hell is she talking about?? In addition, who is over her little "I'm a Southern Belle" act. Phaedra is acting for the cameras and it is pathetic. She is calculating and it is obvious. The scene with the church couple was incredibly staged. Phaedra was dressed to the max. She had all the china out and it was her opportunity to tell the world she has ' personal shoppers' and her husband should ask them what she likes. Apollo was APPALLED and I loved watching him pick at the crap on the table and tell her she was full of crap. NeNe Leakes has nailed this chick to the wall. Phaedra is definitely FAKEDRA! Sorry, I don't believe for a second she has 'personal shoppers' and that has nothing to do with being a Southern Belle or class.
Some After the Show Drama!
Obviously Kim Zolciak was dealing with some 'Haters' (as the housewives like to call any negative tweeters) since the entire show was about Kim and as usual Kim could not deal with it. Therefore she tweeted this!
Umm I just had to block 10 idiots! Guess what? I'm out in LA working and giving back 2 the community while ya all sit there and watch tv!!
The above tweet did not go over well at all! It pissed me off! I quickly tweeted this to Kim!

Once again, I should note that you should read my blog posts with a lot of sarcasm. I have noticed that some people tend to think I write things more literally or journalistic. I must admit I don't. There are other bloggers that do take a lot more time to research. Now, I certainly do not intend to spread any lies. I read blogs and newspapers and try to be as factual as possible but my blog is not a research or journalistic blog. It is a tongue and cheek blog and really should be read with a lot of sarcasm. AND IT IS ALL MY OPINION!! THAT is important to note! In case any lawyers are reading (LOL). Please remember I do enjoy the shows. I find these ladies Hilarious and one week I like one and yet the next week I might not like that exact same housewife. I totally encourage you to give me your thoughts. I love to hear a different take on what I thought or saw. Sometimes it changes my mind, sometimes. That is why I love to read a lot of blogs about the reality shows. I love to see how other people see it. It is funny how we all can watch the same show and have such different views or similar OR the best is when I read other blogs and go, "Wow, I totally missed that, yeah, now I see it". Anyways, just a little reminder of what I am doing here on this site and I do encourage comments!
