Well, what is there to say about the ending of Real Housewives of New Jersey? In my opinion Bravo setup the beginnings of a new Real Housewives of New Jersey. They axed Danielle Staub, the only villain but with assault charges and women refusing to film with each other it had to be done. Listen I am not going to recap the entire episode. If you are here reading, I am going to assume you are a fan and you watch the series and you watched the last episode.
Therefore, let us back track over these characters that we have become situated with over two seasons.
In the first season we were led to believe that Jacqueline Laurita and Danielle Staub were friends. At some point even Teresa Giudice was friendly with Danielle. Now, for some reason and we have never been given a very good reason we were informed that Dina Manzo and Caroline Manzo who are sisters and they are the sister of Jacqueline's husband, Chris Laurita, did not like Danielle. In the beginning we thought that it was a family thing. You know very hard to break into being friends if the family doesn't approve? Jacqueline seemed to be defying the family in the beginning. But, things got nasty with the unveiling of a book, "Cops without a Badge". This book unearthed Danielle Staub's rocky past. The Manzo sisters, Jacqueline Laurita and Teresa Giudice have used this book and Danielle Staub's past to crucify her for two seasons. Really? In all honesty, if we truly looked at the seasons and all the episodes and we knew nothing of Danielle's past,not to mention we are talking over 20 year mistakes what else would these ladies have? Danielle has not flipped a table. Danielle did not start a fight at a country club. Danielle did not chase women through a country club screaming at people. Danielle has not raised her voice in public. Danielle has not gone after kids.
Now, I can tell that most of you are probably boiling by this point! If you are still reading let me make some things clear. Do I believe Danielle Staub is this angel or better yet, this lovely 'normal' woman (LOL)? No. Do I believe she is over the top dramatic? Hell yes! She loves it! The bodyguards? C'mon that is for the show! Bodyguards with guns, again for the show! Danielle loves to be overly dramatic! I think Danielle Staub went too far for the show and painted herself into a corner.
In addition, I do believe is Danielle stirs the pot. It is a small town as Caroline said and I think Danielle started digging up dirt on the Manzo's , the Laurita's and the Giudice's and that is when things got even uglier. Did you notice in the conversation it got awfully quiet when Danielle said to Caroline that she mixed with people who has been indicted? Her point to Caroline Manzo was, "please stop playing this game that you won't hang with me because of my past, you hang with interesting people now." Danielle knows shit and Caroline doesn't like it. Caroline claimed she started the rumor about Teresa Giudice and her house. Not a rumor. The Giudice's are in financial trouble. Caroline claims that Danielle went after Christopher at the Brownstone, not true. Danielle told Danny to stop. Yes, I agree the fiasco at the Brownstone was horrible but watch it again. Caroline claims that Ashley was wrong and knew it. At the time of her meeting with Danielle, Ashley was still gloating and saying she was not sorry for accosting Danielle. Hell, Ashley tweeted throughout these last 13 weeks about Danielle Staub and they were not, "Oh, I was so wrong, wish I didn't do that" kind of tweets. No, we all saw crazy Ashley Holmes tweets. Sometimes I wondered who was crazier, Ashley or Danielle? Caroline didn't have a chance in hell of getting Danielle Staub to drop the charges. Why would she?? Honestly, for a moment put yourself on the other side. The Manzo sisters did unearth that book, it only takes telling TWO people and the RIGHT TWO PEOPLE in a small town to get the word out. From then on there Danielle Staub and her girls became the town joke. Ashley bragged about attacking Danielle and posted it on Facebook. Danielle was correct in stating that THEY even had to turn the two Kim's against her. Teresa and Jacqueline knew that sitting with Kim D at the fashion show would start trouble and they loved it. They acted like silly little teenage girls at that fashion show, sitting at the owner's table and shoving it in Danielle's face.
Bottom line, The Manzo's, The Laurita's and The Giudice's have not shown The Staub's an ounce of compassion. Why would Danielle drop the charges?
Lastly, I agree with Caroline Manzo, it was a Merry Go Round and no one was going to jump off because they all wanted to stay on the ride! Bravo ended the ride! Thank goodness. The ride was getting boring!! No one likes to go around in circles for too long. A good ride needs change. Some ups and downs, twists and turns, beginnings and endings!
I do hope Bravo adds non family members and non- friends on New Jersey's next season or if not they just scratch New Jersey all together!
Well, I guess the two reunion shows should be interesting. It seems they are Danielle Staub's goodbye EPISODES! I hope she goes out with a bang! In addition, I hope we get some answers. There just seems to be more to the story. More to the hate! They seem to supposedly hate Danielle Staub for a bad past. We have yet to hear anything horrible recent, right? I mean a sex tape, might not be awesome but not that doesn't cause hate for someone. There is serious hate for Danielle Staub and all over 20 year old shit??? C'mon there is more to this story, don't you feel it too??
