Real Housewives of New Jersey Italy Part I
What to write about Real Housewives of New Jersey "Venice". Well, before they even get to Venice we get the full scene of Joe Giudice explaining his accident at the 'Staged Dinner'. Goodness, that dinner was painful to watch. By the end of Joe's explanation even Chris Laurita was having trouble hiding in his face that Joe's story was full of shit. Jacqueline screeching, "Why would you drink when you had called the cops, Joe you shouldn't have done that "and then her little giggle," oh, Joe." Then we get Joe's, "I didn't care, I needed to the truck was smashed, what did I care?" Oh, Joe, are you kidding us? We all know what you and your friend were up to and the courts knew it too. That is why you got the maximum sentence on everything. You thought you got out of the D.U.I by messing with the results of the test? Judges are not stupid and therefore they will not be lenient when faced with a defendant who thinks they can fool the courts.
To the Tweeters who think Danielle Staub should apologize for judging Joe Giudice. Are you serious??? C'mon people, in the real world we gossip about the people we do not like and you know damn well, that Danielle Staub is going to jump all over Joe Giudice and his accident at 2:00am in the morning. Should Teresa Giudice apologize for stating on national television that Danielle Staub gave a blow job daily to her boyfriend? Teresa would not know that for a fact? What because the guy says it is happening, it is true? My point: Tit for Tat!
Now onto the "Let's get out of town and gee, a winter cruise to Italy sounds awesome!" I am not sure if it was in the winter but they were wearing winter clothes and the cruise ship looked empty, it seemed off season?? Although, since 20 people (along with Bravo crew and Jacqueline tweeted there was 10) going on this Italy cruise trip probably off season was the best idea. This way only a few people were put through the misery of that clan.
Why do I always seem amazed with Teresa Giudice's stupidity! "Venice is a city built on water??" Thank you Teresa for the lesson, with the question mark in your voice! Screaming through the streets looking for Chanel?? What in the World?? Why?? Chanel, Coco Chanel, started in France! Chanel had great success all over the world but it has been argued she was most successful in the United States where WE have stores, um like in NEW YORK CITY, oh and guess what New Jersey is pretty damn close to NYC. Read that with all the sarcasm it is written with please. "Really, Teresa Giudice if you want to experience a famous Italian designer and my personal favorite try GUCCI, you know those Gucci shoes you were going gaga over during the Baptism, yeah the designer, ITALIAN." Okay, back to the show... Of course, after Teresa locates the store that is really no big deal in Italy and it is closed for the afternoon siesta which is not uncommon throughout Europe and most Americans know this Teresa shouts, "It is closed, who does that?" EUROPEANS, you crass AMERICAN!! In addition, when Teresa was asking about the stores location, why didn't she ask in Italian?? I am surprised Teresa does not speak Italian, her parents came over from Italy "off the boat" as the saying goes.
On a personal note. I think my strong dislike for Teresa Giudice is that she constantly claims all this knowledge about Italian traditions and I just want to cringe. My family heritage is Italian. In addition, my husband's family is Italian too. He is full blooded Italian, I am half! My husband's parent's came over from Italy, they are "off the boat" too. My husband can speak and understand Italian. What bothers me a lot about Teresa Giudice is she has a habit of insinuating ALL Italians have the same traditions. That is not true. Italians are just like Americans. Italy has regions and their regions have different traditions, dialects, dress, food and etc. Just like in America the south and north are different, the east and west are different and etc... I guess, I thought it was only fair that I be upfront that part of the reason I am losing my patience with Teresa Giudice is her "Italian tradition" statements are misleading and over the top. Therefore, with me it is not all about her spending!
Enough about me back to Real Housewives TAKE ITALY!!
Sorry, I hate to blog about kids. I try to stay away from it. Unfortunately, this episode makes it nearly impossible.Caroline Manzo should have brought her children to help babysit the Giudice's kids!! I felt bad for Caroline. There are times you just get stuck babysitting. What is frustrating for us as viewers is the fact that they are friends and good friends. Caroline Manzo so far has not been honest in her interviews about those kids. I am hoping she breaks down in Part II. What is sad is so far she is blaming herself. Caroline claims she is to uptight and thank goodness for Albert he knows how to have fun and was better with the kids. Those kids were out of control BUT HERE IS MY FEELING about children. Poor Caroline wanted to strangle the kids and I don't blame her!!!! BUT, they didn't need strangled!! Joe and Teresa Giudice need strangled. They are HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE parents. I will tell you parents that spoil their children rotten are just as bad as parents who ignore their children. Yep, lam bast me all you want. Both kids are damaged. Spoiled children grow up unable to FUNCTION properly in society and therefore, their parents sucked as much as a parent that ignored their child. I actually feel sorry for the Giudice kids. They are kids that teachers can't stand. They are kids that other parents can't stand. AND, they are the kids that OTHER KIDS CAN'T STAND. Those girls are not going to have a HAPPY LIFE. One thing I can't stand, is the comment I hear from parents and Caroline used it to SAVE FACE with the camera, was, "Oh, he/she is tired" Oh, my gosh, every freaking parent uses that line until it is so overused that you just don't even HEAR it anymore. I never used that line in my life. I called it what it was when ever my little urchin was having a temper tantrum, a TEMPER TANTRUM and I would say, "we are going to ignore it because he/she is not going to win". My kids did not have that many TEMPER TANTRUMS because they never got what they wanted, not even ATTENTION! Honestly, those kids had more temper tantrums in that one episode than my kids had in their entire lives. Now, onto their other rude behavior that got on my nerves, the way they spoke to Caroline and Albert. I felt so bad when Caroline said, "would Albert be a fun Grandpa?" And they said, "No". Little kids know better, they knew. They are brats in their speech. They always say no. When asking if they were having fun "No". Spoiled children always tell you NO. No, they don't like it, no, they are not having fun, No, they don't want to eat such and such, No, they don't want to do what you suggest. SPOILED!! Once again, not the CHILD'S fault, it is their Parents fault, unfortunately you can't help but feel irritation for the child!!
One thing I did find odd was why they went on such non-kid friendly cruise?? I mean there are so many cruises and a lot are kid friendly?? Not a good choice, especially with those four girls!!!
So, did anyone find it odd that Teresa and Jacqueline were partying it up and Joe and Chris were drinking at the bar but Caroline and Albert skipped??? I just didn't get that at all? In addition, I didn't find it funny,wait, wait, let me re-phrase. I did not find Teresa and Jacqueline funny but I did find Joe and Chris funny!!! Teresa and Jacqueline came across as forced. Joe and Chris talking about Danielle cracked me up. Why would these two talk about her on the cruise?? Could Bravo make that more obvious, I mean the producers are getting more and more ballsy with scripting!!!
I don't know about you guys but I certainly know I could not watch an hour of Caroline Manzo, Jacqueline Laurita and Teresa Giudice week after week after week, yawn city. Does that mean I love Danielle Staub, nope but there has to be a mix on the Housewives Shows. You can't have three women not willing to say ONE WORD about each other. In addition, I don't like gang ups, so I don't enjoy 4 against 1. I just want some fun and some gossip here and there. It would be nice to hear Caroline Manzo say, "Man, Teresa needs to start disciplining those girls or she is going to have serious trouble." And it would be nice to hear Caroline say, "If Jacqueline, giggles that little girl giggle one more time, I think I am going to slit my wrist." You know, just that kind of stuff. Unfortunately, it causes problems with friends and family members because let's face it no one deals with GOSSIP WELL!! (LOL)
