Tonight I will be on Chat to do just that ,CHAT!!!
We will be Chatting about Last night's episode of Real Housewives of New Jersey! Tweeting is a lot of fun but it is hard to get your entire meaning out in 140 characters or less! This gives us a chance to go back and forth and dissect things and clarify statements!
First and Foremost, ALL members are INVITED and WELCOMED. This being said, that means WE need to accept each other's views, not agree, just be polite and accept.
We have agree to disagree about each other's views. This is for fun. Let's not attack each other! Okay, I think we all get it!!
Now for THE FUN!! I will layout the Agenda and then tonight we will use this as our stepping stone!! Therefore, below I have written in the format of CHATTING. It should feel like I am already chatting. I hope you come with comments, questions and answers to the below 'chat'!
The Episode opens with Juicy Joe (Teresa's husband) getting ready to play Monopoly with the girls! I personally thought it was nice that Joe was attempting to play a board game with his children. Not sure what was up with the whole, "The board is ripped?" Guess Juicy Joe doesn't play board games a lot. It was ironic the game was Monopoly. I do believe the scene was a setup for the talk about Teresa and Joe's 10 year anniversary. I do think that 10 years is a big deal and they should be proud! I agree with them wanting to celebrate. Did you all notice the conversation with the girls about a gift, a big gift and how MOM deserves a gift and no mention about Teresa getting Joe anything??? It is THEIR anniversary right?? I think we all know what Teresa believes her gift is to Juicy Joe (LOL).
The Sweet Sixteen Birthday Planning Scene for Christine (Danielle's daughter) is up next. The lady planning the event seems genuinely stunned about the charity idea! Seems like Christine is genuine in the scene. I'm wondering?? Were You?? Danielle takes this opportunity to brag on her daughter and herself. If this was her daughter's idea I would be proud too. Once again, I must admit I am leery of Danielle. Tweeters were very leery of this scene! Note: that in this scene we are informed that Danielle will be inviting the Father, Jillian (the younger sister) will be singning and there is a mentioning of 150 to 200 guests being invited. We find out the number later!
Caroline & Jacqueline are up next! Poor Jacqueline, she is stress eating. Don't you think?? I have to admit this conversation is a little odd. I'm not sure if I feel it was forced, I can't put my finger on it, maybe someone in 'After Chat' can help me out?? Anyways, this entire Kim G situation and Caroline warning Jacqueline is odd. I mean from what I understand they are barely friends?? Therefore, why does Caroline have to tell Jacqueline to keep her mouth shut?? Does Jacqueline just tell anybody and everybody her business??? In addition, Jacqueline knows Kim G is close to Danielle so would she really divulge important information to her???
Poor Jacqueline you can tell she is thinking of this problem all the time. Oh, if Ashley just would not have pulled her hair because Danielle is not going to let it go! What do you guys think?
What I did find interesting was Caroline's interview. Two things. We are setup I think for KimG's fall by Caroline? Caroline stating that Kim G needs to figure out where she needs to fit and needs to fall was all a setup in my opinion, meaning Bravo knows Kim G is falling and so Caroline's interview fit perfectly! Now, the second part of the interview, might make some of you mad at me but I am telling you how I feel! Listen, I am sorry but it is too late to being asking Danielle for empathy. The Manzo's brought out Danielle's past. They didn't care about Danielle's girls and the things that would be said about Danielle, now they want Danielle to show compassion?? Sorry, Caroline, when you draw battle lines be ready to battle! Not saying that Danielle is right just saying that you have to be prepared when you start something. You can't say certain things are off limits in the battle!
Now,Onto the 'Night Out at Teresa's' Scene! I found this scene to be quite telling. I kind of felt sorry for Juicy Joe, for a moment or two. He was trying to tell Chris what Teresa wanted and that he wanted to give her it all including the big diamond for the 10th anniversary but they really couldn't afford it. Too bad Juicy Joe (I just love calling him that) couldn't explain things to his wife.
Hey, were any of you wondering if Jacqueiline had a clue about their finances?? Or do you think Jacqueline thinks Teresa is a little materialistic and she was saying that a romantic evening is special too??? She asked Teresa what is better romance or diamonds, it came out jumbled! "Crown Jewels/diamonds or?" Then they started giggling about Crown Jewels. In the meantime the guys are working on a plan, Chris suggested going FAKE, Fugazi, Italian Slang for FAKE!! Juicy Joe should have really considered it. Oh, boy I am in trouble in Chat!
'Albie and the Shaved head' Scene! This is where we find out his grand plan. I do hope things work out for Albie. I think a person should move on and have a back up plan! If Albie cannot continue with law school then the police academy keeps him involved in law, what he loves! I really do see this as a positive plan and the Manzo's should be proud! Now, I go back and forth here with Caroline being a helicopter mom. My kids are about the same age and it is tough. The letting go, so I do sympathize with Caroline but she seems to be in the thick of it. Don't you guys think? How about some of you young ones, do you really like your parents that involved?? It is hard lines to draw as a parent. Okay guys can you imagine Caroline as a mother in law??
Oh, this brings us to more parenting. You know where Danielle states, "I must be doing something right" I wonder who she is stating that to??? I think Four women and "haters" ( I personally HATE that term)I wish the Housewives would get over themselves and calling non-fans Haters!
Anyways, I like to call this Danielle and Jillian the Artist Scene. The Eleven year old Songwriter, moody, artist. Really Danielle?? Did you also notice in that scene Christine rolls her eyes when Danielle says to stop eating chocolate "it is yucky"! I know kids roll their eyes at their parents but it is the statement that Danielle is making. Chocolate is yucky, don't eat that, THAT GETS ME! How did you guys feel? Wow, she is already giving them complexes!
Back to the moody statement. Moody? Jillian was scared, just say it!
Danielle is a STAGE MOM. Now, we can only hope she isn't a monster but only time will tell!
Oh, and DANIELLE we all think our kids are awesome!

Let's go flying! But before flying I have to compliment Juicy Joe! Why?? He learns from his mistake. He did not drive because of his DUI. I like a person who learns from a mistake!! I don't know about you but that goes a long way with me!
Now onto the celebration! Juicy Joe and Teresa celebrate their 10th anniversary. This was hard to watch knowing their situation. Listen, I have my issues with Teresa but I don't wish her and her family misery. I think you should celebrate your 10th anniversary BUT I think they should have done it according to what they could afford. The serious amount of debt they are in does not happen overnight and Juicy Joe had a clue!! The problem I have with Juicy Joe was he needed to, celebrate accordingly! Bottom Line: the anniversary was too much. I agree with Jacqueline something romantic would have been enough. Okay, now I have to make fun of Juicy Joe. He really did not know that was Central Park??? Wow! Teresa not picking up that the roses made a the number 10, she is ditsy!! And, then Teresa saying Juicy Joe is suave, um, yeah, not so much. What was nice? To see a happy couple!
Teresa, I am sick of everyone blaming the economy? Okay, I know I will take a hit in chat for that but hear me out. The economy does suck, so how many of you have SCALED back?? Do you continue to live like you use to?? I wouldn't pressure my husband either, if I knew he was struggling, what about you? Would you pressure your loved one?
The Gym Scene??????????? My question marks say it all! What in the world. One thing, I guess, it was showing the Manzo sibling rivalry and that Albie likes being the BIG BROTHER??? Anyone else have ideas what the scene was about. Please clue us in!!
Getting ready for the Sweet Sixteen Party!
Danielle having to get her "applause" from her girls. You know the "Are you excited?" Christine knows to answer correctly. The young lady knows her mother and knows how to work her. Jillian knows her mother too but I think she doesn't care. What do you guys think??
So, Christine says, "YES" Jillian says, "NO" to the "Are you excited question?"
Then, in Danielle's interview she tells us she doesn't want to make Jillian nervous, so she is keeping the number of people a secret. Then, we get to view Danielle informing Jillian how this is the biggest night of her life. Her debut and this night will be "Life Changing" and "the beginning of her career". Oh, and it is a big deal your DAD is coming! Way to go "Best Mom Ever" because that is what you tell an eleven year old getting ready to perform!
Okay, what was up with the ring?? During the scene were you guys thinking "something more is going on here?"
Christine gets to wear three beautiful dresses. Boy, Danielle is priming her and then trying to put poor Jillian in heels. BEST MOM EVER!!!
Someone needs to explain the Forbidden room in chat?? What happened to basements, you know with a pool table and air hockey?? Nope, now they are little rooms with red velvet and leopard styles!! Club style Makeup rooms!! Wow! I know, I guess I need to get with the times, but really sounds a little um, risque to me! A little too adult! Oh, well, guess I think we go back and forth we our Kids! Grow up sexually fast, makeup, sexy clothes, partying and drinking but then we want to know their every move and want them off the hook when they screw up in their young adult life??? Does this make sense?? Contradictions, right??
You did see some of the love/hate relationship in this scene. With Christine and Jillian. I think this is normal. Other tweeters say no. What do you guys think? Do you think Danielle is creating problems??
Ashley gets served. This scene was irritating. Honestly, I am over Ashley. I feel for Jacqueline. I know she can't stand Danielle and that stinks but deep down she knows her daughter assaulted her and how frustrating knowing your child screwed up. Ashley stating it felt good, is sad. I have more respect for people who say, "Hey, I was mad I made a mistake and I should not have done it. I now know I need to control myself, it happened and I need to move forward." To me, that is owning it, learning from it and then moving on. Unfortunately, I think Ashley is turning into Danielle. She likes the cameras and the drama and she will do anything to be in the limelight. What do you guys think of Ashley Holmes???

Danielle got everything Donated, EVERYTHING. Now, I wonder was this calculated??? Was it genuine?? I just wonder?? What do you guys think? Come to "After Chat" and let us know!

The RING, remember the 7 carat ring?? We find out at the party it is to upstage the NEW WIFE!! Oh, Danielle, you always have a motive. Right? Didn't you think that was her motive??
Now, the Father. Tom Staub. Poor guy. I mean I don't know him. He could be a jerk but did you guys notice he couldn't even HUG Danielle?? Yeah, watch it again. No hugging. Also, right before he goes to talk to Jillian does the NEW WIFE signal to punch Danielle?? Or is that a "pump" up your daughter talk and she is using body language?? If it was me, I know what the punch would be signaling(LOL). Okay, maybe I am stirring up trouble (LOL) Watch again and tell me what you SAW in "After Chat"
Oh, and Danielle thanking him profusely for coming is a passive aggressive way of stating "You jerk, it is about time you show up because you are never around for your girls."
Of course, Jillian sings and Danielle succeeds at having her daughter debut on National Television.
As Danielle states at the end, because only Danielle can pat her back correctly "Best mom in the world!" Yeah, Danielle and the rest of us are just slugs out here doing what we can. I really do go back and forth with Danielle! What about you guys? Do you think anything she does is genuine??
I love, love, love the last scene. Chris Laurita is my favorite Housewife Husband. He doesn't mince words. He tells Jacqueline and Ashley like it is and I love the last scene.
Chris says, "Danielle is ripping you two apart" and he is trying to teach Ashley when you need to cut your losses and move on. And then he says, "Can't learn unless you make a mistake that is what life is all about!!!"
Now, a few asides!!!!
Tweeters have a lot to say during the show! Which I enjoy!
Unfortunately, with tweeting it can and does get nasty. I think it is because you can't get the entire feel for a person but I like to Tweet with everyone and I tweet everything. I do not block unless it gets disrespectful, which has not happened. Anyways, onto my asides!
I do think we all have a tendency to cut slack for the Housewives we enjoy and we are harsh on the ones we think are evil or not liked.
I honestly go back and forth with many of the ladies. I think they are human beings and therefore are not one dimensional. At times, I think Teresa is just being a busy mom and quickly brushing her kid's hair and people make too much of it, yet I think her fans have let her off the hook about her spending and I don't think they would let Danielle off the hook if she was declaring bankruptcy!
I think all the kids on the show have been shown to have some sibling rivalry. Yet many tweeters have jumped on Danielle's girls for it but no one thought much of Teresa's girls beating on each other or the little one crying over Gia's birthday gift. Or not much was said over the Manzo 'kids' arguing over who was Dad's favorite. I think that is all sibling rivalry and really no big deal but it is funny how the tweeters who like Teresa and Caroline say nothing about their children sibling rivalry and yet they jump all over Danielle's girls for their sibling rivalry???
My point: I think all us are not objective when it comes to the housewives. We tolerate more from the ones we like and less from the ones we 'despise'.
In chat I like to play the devil's advocate. This is not meant to offend anyone or necessarily how I might feel but don't worry I will always let you know how I feel!
