Hi! I am Lucy, longtime member of Real Fans Club and now owner! Our Founding Father, Steve, has decided to pursue other interests and I wish him the best of Luck. Although, I expect to 'hear' from him often as a Real Fans Club Member.
It is hard to totally give up a Reality Addiction (LOL). I can't thank Steve enough for this wonderful Reality Community; his input and help has been invaluable!
Now, a little bit about your new owner!! I am a Lover of Reality Television!!! My favorite shows tend to be on the Bravo Network and I absolutely LOVE the Real Housewives of ...... However, this does not mean I do not watch other Shows or Networks! I enjoy Flipping Out, Tabatha Salon Takeover and The Rachel Zoe Project on Bravo, Keeping Up with the Kardashians on E! and The City on MTV, just to name a few!!!
The vision for Real Fans Club!
It is a place for Reality Fans to 'hang out' and 'talk' reality. I encourage FANS of All the Reality to come, gather and post DISCUSSIONS! Chit chat about the Reality Shows and the Reality 'stars'. Create meaningful dialogue.
What is most crucial is for this site is for it to be a FRIENDLY REALITY FAN BASE PLACE! Please let me take a moment to define that phrase further. (Oh, and this is the perfect time to express how I write. I use CAPS to STRESS points not just for YELLING. I know that the CAPS thing has become a YELLING thing but sometimes when writing you need to put STRESS on something and I use CAPS, BOLD, ITALICIZE and UNDERLINE all to STRESS points!) Okay back to defining........
FRIENDLY REALITY FAN BASE PLACE!
This is a Positive Reality Fan Site. This does not mean a Reality Fan shouldn't discuss FRUSTRATION with a REALITY SHOW AND/OR REALITY 'STAR' ( I mean that would be no fun at all !!!) but what shouldn't happen is if a Reality Fan would like to disagree with that point of view then they must feel safe to bring up their views. All thoughts are encouraged. For example; if a person states they like a Reality 'star' and many feel that person is nuts, please do not state mean or unkind words to that person or call them nuts (LOL) but feel free to politely disagree!! I want to encourage OPEN COMMUNICATION ON THE SITE AND ENCOURAGE ALL REALITY FANS TO BRING THEIR POINT OF VIEWS!!
There are many one-sided sites out there and those are great. I enjoy many of them!!!! I am sure you will see me Tweet to read their blog or I will quote them but THIS SITE IS ENCOURAGING ALL FANS AND NOT GOING TO LEAN ANY PARTICULAR WAY FOR A SHOW OR REALITY 'STAR'!
I will be writing a blog twice a week and it will not be neutral. I might even play devil's advocate from time to time, especially if I feel that Real Fans Club Members need a little help coming out of hiding (LOL) Although, I have found that most Reality Fans are wonderful at giving their opinions about their Reality Shows and Reality Stars! As one Reality 'Star' would say, Love, Love, Love IT!!!
Now, with any good thing IT is only as good as it's members therefore, Real Fans Club Members start yacking!!! Come visit the site daily!! Answer the Question of the Day! Get involved in Discussion Boards and these need to be Discussions!
